Whatsapp group for Hastings Neighbourhood Watch co-ordinators

Whatsapp is an effective tool for rapid communication of important messages. We have established a Whatsapp group for sharing information between local co-ordinators. Groups can only have 256 members, and there are far more people than this in Hastings Neighbourhood Watch schemes.
